Forms, Documents, and Links for Event Planning and Management for OutdoorVolunteer.org
VOAz has developed forms and identified web sources we find useful for project planning and event management.
Below are a few that have been modified to make them more useful to other organizations.
If you have documents, forms, and links you would like to
make available to other organizations, please email them to ovadmin@voaz.org.
You need the free Acrobat Reader download
to view PDF files.

VOAz prepares a written agreement with land managers to spell out the responsibilities of all the key partners.
We call it the "MOU (Memorandum of Understanding). However, these are not legal documents. They are not signed. Partners are
expected to make good faith efforts to live up to their defined obligations.

Edit Page Worksheet
This Word document has all fields used to set up a new event, including menu choices. It is intended for off-line use when you wish to
have more time to complete the description or if you need to share a draft description with others in your organization. You should be able to cut and paste text
from this worksheet into the on-line form, but be aware that this sometimes results in peculiar page display. Use the preview button to test after
you submit(save) you data but before you you release it to the calendar.

Tips and sample HTML code for formatting Edit pane for event description. (Word)
How to build a Goggle directions map link within the Event Description pane. (Word)
Java script to hide email addresses (html)
This allow email address to display as live links but scrambles the coding to frustrate harvesting by spammers. We have no evidence that spammers have found a way around this one.
